You mean like overlooked and forgtten films that deserve cult status, right? Too bad cult status often relies on fannzine hype and marketing rather than merit. Here are some right off the top of my head:

Terror Creatures From Beyond the Grave, Just Before Dawn, Deathdream, Deranged, Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, Cemetery Man, Grapes of Death, and Tombs of the Blind Dead. I also find all of Paul Naschy's werewolf movies strangely fascinating.

Um....riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight....an alright, unique spin on a werewolf movie....but it doesnt beat out:

1)The Exorcist
2)The Hills Have Eyes
3)Hellraiser
4)Jaws
5)Alien
6)Candyman
7)The Shining
8)Pet Sematary

All of which are fucking fantastic horror movies, but not in MY personal top ten....
