Who's SCARIER??
 

Okay, we all know that Jason whooped Freddy in that campy-ass "vs" film. But when it comes to movie monsters, who's scarier? And I don't mean "Freddy's scarier because he's more powerful." I don't give a shit about power. I want to know who gives you the willies when you see them on screen?

For me, Jason is scarier. His unstoppable and determined persistence is made much more terrifying by his refusal to utter nary a word. Plus, he simply looks cooler. A hockey mask and grey overalls do far more to a persona bent on death and despair than a green and red sweater (Christmas colors? What the fucking hell?)

I think you summed it quite perfectly. Freddy is far too worried about brushing up on his stand-up routine. :)

well thats a tough question. because while jason is more physically intimidating. freddy is more psychological.
and since movies has more to do with effecting you psychologically. I'll go with freddy. but i like jason better cause he is cool man.......way cool

Freddy almost seems like you could walk up and meet him.Jason just seems like he would chop your head off, no matter what.

For me it's got to be Jason. No matter how fast you run, or where you hide he will find you, even though he moves at a slower very methodical pace. His fear of water does not detour him from his task, and he will follow you there/in to accomplish his goal, killing. Which he does often times for no reason, other then to kill.
