Very strange, very bizzare, and very entertaining.

Gosh, I haven't seen it years, but I remember it was good.

Also, "The Cat People" was good--sort of like a kitty werewolf.

Oh wait....

Ignore my comment, Ive never seen it. I thought this was the one I saw, but that was The Black Cat (1941). It was awesome.
