chainsaw prequel
 

Just heard some good news about the prequel to 2003 TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, splatterpunk great David J. Schow is on tap to write it, plus R. Lee Ermey, far and away the best thing in the CHAINSAW remake, will return. I didn't think I would, but I am starting to look foreward to it. :p

what is it about?

Supposedly, it's going to tell the tale of how the family came to be and the orgin of Leatherface. Another damn waste of film.

I'm looking forward to this one. It's nice to have Leatherface back in action. With FvJ 2 dead for right now, he might be the only classic slasher villain we'll get for awhile.

I'm ashamed and disgusted in each and every one of you. I really thought they learned their lesson when they tried to make sequals to the original. It didn't work 20 years ago, it sure as hell isn't gonna work now. Sorry. It just isn't.

It supposed to include something about the army. It doesn't sound any good and probably won't be either. But who knows...i liked the remake more then all the sequals so maybe this prequal might be good.
