I'd have to say when he pushes the guy into the spot where they put the eyes in the dolls and the guy gets two plastic eyes where his eyes were from child's play 2. That was freaky.

Tough call. Chucky is a very innovative killer...

Tie between the barber in Child's Play 3 who gets his throat slashed and John Ritter's death in Bride Of Chucky.

Man, I hate using Ritter's death as a favorite considering that he recently passed away... This has nothing to do with the topic but...
