HAS ANYONE SEEN THE NEW AMITYVILLE MOVIE, HOW WAS IT SHOULD I INVEST IN SEEING IT???:( :( :(

I thought it was better than the original.

I´m sure a lot of people on H.C wont agree with me though.

Heres where I come in.

I thought it was crap. Could have been good, but wasnt. Have you seen the original? If you havem heres what you gotta do: Think about the original, and take all the best parts. Now either drop them entirly, or shorten them. Then add some idiotic backstory for the house, completly change the character of George, add some really bad CGI ghosts, bake for 20 min, let cool and you have Amityville '05. Not fit for human consumtion.

Actually, I hate how they're remaking great horror movies, and I loved the old Amityville Horror. But I also loved the new one. It was probably the only remake I really liked. Definately worth a viewing, I'd say. it hink I'm even going to buy it.
