hello are you lot really horror fans as need some help with a film title can anyone help

whats this film called
 

i saw it on sky box office about 5 years ago. i dont remember if it was about vampires or not but it was about a young couple and she had turned and the only way she could stop turning her boyfriend was by piercing herself. i think they were in a cave or something like that

This sounds a lot like Return of the Living Dead 4 (I think it was 4)...the girlfriend died in a motorcycle accident, and the boyfriend used the "contamination chamber" on a military base (his dad ran the place) to bring her back to life as a zombie (THE Z WORD!!)

to avoid the hunger for the flesh, she pierced herself...it worked for a while.....

anyone is free to correct me on which sequel it was....think it was 4 thought....

i have just looked on the dvd site and found it it is return of the living dead 3.
