I'll wait in line, thanks.
I would have never won on Fear Factor.

I don't like roach. It's too crunchy for me.

I'm with you Olivia! I can't even watch the show. Bleh!!! Now, if they were offering a million dollars, I might consider it. :p

For a million dollars, I'd try, but I'd puke anyway.:p

Heeeyyyy.....

What if you started to put it in your mouth, and then it ran down your throat really fast and crawled into one of your lungs??

We are talking a bout a BIG FERKIN' 3-inch cockroach, people. A Madagascar hissing cockroach, the kind that rears up and hisses when it feels threatened (or insulted). And my guess is, the idea of being eaten would be fairly insulting to most of them.

I'm not gonna do it. No way. But I want to see other people doing it.

monalisa 09-21-2006 07:09 PM

Can I beat it senseless with a hammer first?

People eat these things all the time. I've seen it on Fear Factor and Survivor for sure so I'm pretty sure they are edible. I'd do it because skipping lines at amusement parks is the only way to go.

I was in Orlando for part of my honeymoon & the wife and I got a 2 day pass for Universal Studios. The first day we figured we'd be economical and not buy the $50 'Express Pass' pass. We were there almost all day and got on to a grand total of 3 rides. The next day, we bought the Express Pass just because we weren't about to stand around in lines all day again and I'd say we easily got on to 12-15 rides going that route and we were back to our hotel by like 6. The first day we were there for about 8 hours and got 3 rides. The second day we were there about 5 hours and got over a dozen.

Skip the Line passes are definately the way to go at the amusement parks so if I ever head down to Chicago for a 6 Flags outing, I'll be eating cockroach for sure. My wife would have a harder time with it, but I'd make her do it or else tell her to have fun waiting in line while I hit up all the rides.
