A Nightmare On Elm Street comics.

Hey I saw some of these comics at the shop the other day. There were Jason ones and texas chainsaw massacre ones to,I'll probably pick them up just for collecting them but are they good for reading to?

I've got some of the older 90s Elm St comics. There's some cool stuff in them.

The avatar horror icons ones are pretty decent...all came out relatively recently.
The NOES one was the best, they did a NOES special one-shot, then followed it up with a 3-parter called NOES:Paranoid, pretty good.

The others aren't as good as the NOES one. "F13: Bloodbath" probably being second best.

the army of darkness comics are good and the darkman vs ash thing looks good......

I didn't really like the art of the Army of Darkness comics. Way to cheeseball.

There's some new series of
*f13
*TCM
*NOES
...Seems to be ongoing titles (or at least for a while) from "wildstorm", the TCM one, I have read, and it's by far the best horror-icon related comic I've read thus far. Works as a "what if no sequels ever existed" storyline taking off from the first. Very good stuff, I hope the rest are as cool.
Again, Wildstorm titles.
Check 'em out, FINALLY someone got it right.

I didn't think the elm street comics were wonderful, but to each his own.
