Why did so many movies and tv shows have people getting up in the middle of the night makeing sandwiches that were concieved through so many fillings it was like a main meal at 3 am?

Is this common practice in America?

I just ate a sandwich and it's quater to 3, which made me think of it...

But so many times you would see a scene like it, and they would have an entire bench covered in ingredient makeing a club sandwich, as though it was lunch time, but no it's 3 am , and some one else comes in the room for a chat...?


What was with that refering theme in American film and tv?

I can hardly find my way to the bathroom in the middle of the night, much less construct an entire sandwich. Plus usually I dont want to eat until Ive been awake for a few hours.

I'm the same way. If I eat, and I haven't been awake for awhile, I usually puke back up about 5 times more than I actually ate.

Dude! Are you kidding, sandwich with coffee or tea, in middle of night, that's GOOD! :D

Then watch a scary movie :D :cool:

I have a hard time sleeping so I eat and watch tv allnight. Along with sex anytimes a good time for that!! ;)
