...Some movies similar to Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'm in the mood for gritty, slasher action. I'm sure I know of a few but i'm totally drawing a blank and need carnage candy, so help me out.:)

Try Maniac (1980) or The Prowler if you haven't seen them. If you thought Strangers was ok try Ils (Them). The original Black Christmas, Alice Sweet Alice, Intruder, The Burning, Pieces, might do and I'm sure you've seen the original Friday the 13th. |

Deranged is perfect if you're after something like TCM. It's the only Ed Gein based film thats any good.
