My Son, My Son, What Have Ye Done (2010)

Welp, it looks like the trailer finally came out today.

For those of you that do not know, this is the feature co-written and directed by Werner Herzog, produced by David Lynch, and starring (!!!):

Willem Dafoe, Michael Shannon (Bug), Chloe Sevigny, Brad Dourif, Udo Kier, and Grace Zabriskie (of Lynch fame) among others.



The trailer is pretty bad, but I definitely fault the trailer-makers. To quote a comment on it that I read earlier today, "it does an excellent job of covering up how great this movie looks." Just the clips give off the vibe of a masterpiece. I cannot wait for this one.

This looks great, Michael Shannon is a fabulous actor.

Absolutely. His performances in Bug and Shotgun Stories blew me away.

I've also been waiting for this film. The trailer does look sketchy but with that cast how can you go wrong?
