Media Blitz is a classic tune.

Is the Germs documentary out yet? I remember hearing about it awhile back...

will have to investigate.

I'm not real sure but the movie What We Do Is Secret is amazing. I highly recommend it.

That one slipped me by.... don't think it got a release over here. Grabbing it now cheers for the heads up.

Everyone I've spoken to (especially devote Germs fans) has said they despise that movie.

I'm on a bit of a biopic buzz at the moment after The Runaways so I'll probably dig it. You've just gotta take these things with a grain of salt usually. But yeh we'll see.

I think a lot of fans were turned off by Shane West doing the vocals in the movie then actually taking Darbys place in the band. I thought he did a good job on both but i've also never been accused of having good taste.


The Runaways was also great. My only complaint about it was the lack of any kind of focus on Lita Ford.

On a side note(don't wanna make a thread just to ask this) does anyone know if its possible to find The Decline Of Western Civilization pt 1 on dvd?

Yeh I enjoyed it. Seems like it whitewashed over just how much of an asshole to everyone around him he was but it was a pretty decent biopic.

I think there's only bootlegs out of Decline at the moment but there's a boxset of all three flicks planed I believe now that Spheeris has brought back the rights for it.

But yo if you can wait till after I've sorted out all my shit I can burn you a copy of it.
