what horror movie from the 80s or 90s has a character that could crawl on the ceiling and his skin was slothing off? Sound familiar?

Like almost melting off his body... It's all I can really remember. I know it's barely any information, hope I can find a video of the scene somewhere.

It sounds like the scene in "Van Helsing" where Anna's brother is changing into a werewolf and his human skin is sloughing off as the wolf emerges. All while climbing the wall and crawling across the ceiling.

Maybe it's your memory playing tricks on you.
I mean the exorcist 3 had a guy that is kind've levitated/pushed against the ceiling, rolling around while his skin comes off?

If not, was it the 80's "the fly"?
I mean more than skin was dropping off the guy...
