Increase # of poll options
 

As a frequent poll poster, I'd like to recommend we increase the number of poll options to 25. I think the current site setting of 10 is decidedly low. Remember, the poll poster selects the appropriate number of options for the specific poll. Doesn't mean we would ever see more than 10, it's just available if required for the particular poll.

Bumped the number of poll options from 10 to 20.
