Average film. The scenes shot outside of the house are lovely. The acting was acceptable, but not special. Something that almost made me stop the film was the choice of characters. The situation they're thrust into, awaking on a beach and finding a house their only refuge, does not lend itself to their reactions. For example, one woman is the 'stuck up bitch' archetype. She'd just woken up on a beach, no idea how she arrived there. One moment in a dance venue, next on the beach and yet she's a relaxed snarky. Not scared/traumatized defensive. Also 3 of the 5 characters were pristine while two come out soaked.
Its a typical find out why we're here when we have no idea why film. Putting clues together and so forth. I do not want to say, so as not to ruin the film more except that the ending was actually a nice surprise.

5/10
