REPO:THE GENETIC OPERA (2008). Not a big opera fan, but can dig it when there is a compelling unusual storyline and a LOT of gruesomeness! Really good turns by Paul Sorvino and Alexa Vega and Sarah Brightman has an incredible voice. ***1/2
