On a secluded family farm, a mother suffers a psychotic break due to postpartum depression, forcing the eldest son to protect his siblings from the mother they have always known and loved.
A strong performance from
Colleen Porch as the psychotic mom and an effectively understated performance from
Ridge Canipe as the son. While the movie feels a bit amateur in places, those places are few and far between, and generally this movie is well made and the violence is handled well, giving an emotional impact without being too graphic (as it's children we're dealing with). A pretty good horror movie.
