Everyone's favorite mad scientist Herbert West is currently in jail after having state's evidence turned against him by his former assistant, Dan Cain.
Suffers for its lack of 80's charm, and isn't as bizarre as the first two. Still, it's well made - with great makeup and prosthetics. A slightly more mature and subdued performance from
Jeffrey Combs than the previous two, whilst still maintaining all the egomaniacal joy of the character. However, rubbish front cover!
