I googled womp womp moments, and various sources say it's from the long time famous "awww, you lose" trombone sound, and means something sad, or bad happened. Are you using it in a different way? Like the way you used it in that sentence sounds like you mean in the first 10mins there were some "good things" that happened. I know things change. I saw it has a used in the online game Fortnite too -- looking at the video, might be used after fragging a guy, which would work with the "aww, you lose" traditional usage. thanks!
