Well, I love cronenberg films so of course i enjoyed it, its full of body horror, creepy protruding spear like objects coming out of the body to poke and infect others, so they all become rabid together, very much like corona nowadays, people are infected by this disease, its pretty good, cronenberg did a good job of making more of these kinds of horror movies, that are kind of a under developed sub genre honestly, this one reminds me of existenz alittle with the body attachment shit, or the brood with the birth bag lol, yeah, in this case its that weird fleshy lookin (honestly it looks like an animal dick) thing, pretty creepy
