Starship Troopers was badass! I went into expecting some stupid 'Mighty Morphin Power Ranger' type shit and it turned out to be a kick ass, gory as hell, futuristic war story! I thought it was awesome!
Everyone talked up The Ring so much, by the time I saw it, I was expecting a masterpiece. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I thought it sucked.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4 was also terrible, but considering the slow and steady decline in quality from the original to the third, I wasn't that surprised by the fourth one being utter garbage.
