during the 1st and 2nd world war, the doctors had some good tools for willie problems, they used em for scraping out the insides of your member. It was rather like a small umbrella on the end of a surgial rod that was pushed down the hole to the end, then a button was pressed that opened the umbrella and the rod was pulled out with all the gunk.....
