i can relate. before i got my current position, i was website support (with a very basic website manager program) and i'd get calls asking the most ridiculous question. One man told me he'd been working with computers since before I was born and that he wanted to speak to someone more knowledgable, i.e. a man. If you're so smart, why are you calling support?!
now I just get dumb e-mails with everything misspelled so I can just laugh.
