You work/worked for a web hosting company? ohmy god.... if feel real bad for you.
Give the wysiwyg editors they have out there, everybody and their mother in law seems to think that nmaking a decent site is child's play.
Granted, its not hard, but you have to have SOME understanding of computers....
I had a call one time from a level 5 engineer (someone who makes in excess of 80 grand a year because of his "knowledge") who asked me, in all seriousness "is the server with the internet down? I cant reach anything..."
I work for a Networking Company. We build and design routers, switches, hubs..... very very sad. no wonder our stock has been in the shitter for the past few years...
