actually I work for a domain name registrar who offers website solutions, however we may ;) be making a foray into hosting in the coming months.
My official job title is customer satisfaction specialist, which is "dumping ground for whatever you can think of" in layman's terms.
Our website product is basically a wysiwyg, but more simple than any I have used and people are still lost and baffled. They also have a billion complaints. If you want it a specific way, then you can write the coding instead of using template based software, douchestick.
