Probably the most disturbing film I have seen is Se7en. I saw it in theaters when it came out and it really fucked with me for some reason.
Another one that disturbed the hell out of me and I still talk about to people is an old 1929 film titled Un Chien Andalou. It was a collaboration between Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali. The opening scene invovles a guy raking a straight razor right through a woman's eye ... very nasty, and pretty realistic-looking for a 1929 film (I'm not even sure it wasn't real).
Snuff films -- eh. I used to watch the Faces of Death films when I was a teenager, simply because they were taboo. But, whenever I would watch them, I would be filled with a sense of "wrongness". That watching these clips was not something rational human beings did for entertainment ... and I was disturbed most of the time. I have no desire to see any more.
