I cant vouch for 2 and 3, i havent seen 3 and it has been about 15 years since i saw 2, but the first one is a classic. Nothing beats Gregory Peck saying "Damian?"
Once you have watched it, watch it again with the commentary. Richard Donner (yep, mr Superman and Lethal Weapon director Richard Donner) is a riot. He will go off on tangents, making up shit about how they filmed the movie and then say "Just kdding." Funny stuff.
