You're a funny guy, man...haha:D

People, as your resident (soon to be) chef in training, I thought I should do some research.
I'm not about to claim to have known what this one is already MYSELF even, I've hardly touched ANY french cuisine, well, I've eaten it, just not had the cause to MAKE much.

In the interest of expanding my horizons...and hey, yours too, here the basics;
Coq au Vin is a french dish, It translated almost exactly to "chicken in wine"...it's traditionally made with red wine, but can be done with a white for a variation.
Chicken, Onion, bacon, Lots of garlic and whole champignons (those are the little musrooms you see there), among LOTS of seasonings, varying dependant upon the region from which the specific recipe came.
Doesn't look TOO hard to make to me, just a little time consuming...
I think I'm gonna give this one a go, and let y'all know how it went.

Oh yeah, I vote for the Coq au Vin. Looks and sounds lovely, and french cuisine is usually fucking great.

Thanks for adding to my repertoire, Vod.

I've had Coq au Vin, I can't pronounce it to save my life but I was in a resturant looking over the menu and I saw it and it looked good so I pointed to the picture. Of course the snotty, uptight waiter rolled his eyes at me and said in the most annoying accent I've ever heard ''you mean the Coq au Vin'', I didn't tip the fucker :D
