Well, yeah, technically "unrated" means literally what is says: that the film was not rated by the MPAA. It doesn't necessarily mean that it's far more intense and graphic than the R-rated version.

I guess the question is: are we really seeing an uncompromised "director's cut," or did they just add back in few more frames of blood so that they could sell it as the "unrated" version?
