Theres already an AVP 2 thread. And most feel that it will blow ass like the first one!
As for Alien 5, it won't happen, the Alien series was murdered by AVP and Sigorney didn't really want to do Alien Resurrection so why do Alien 5? I mean based on the plot proposed on your link, I think that this should have been the story for AVP with the Predator added in the mix.
