I don't know how this could happen, here on private process a claim like that would rejected. You can't go against your own acts, that lady mades a contrac with Myspace and she accepted all the conditions, so if someone has acces to your private info Just because you let all this info open for anyone that saw your space...FUCK YOU!!!!
