I believe this is pretty much how the courts will see it too. I don't think this girl has much chance of winning this lawsuit at all being that she was the one that put all of her personal info online for this guy to see & re-post in the first place. Not to mention, to create an account, she had to agree to their terms of service & if she didn't want just anyone looking at the info she put online, she had the option of making her profile private. The fact that she's even trying to sue makes me think she's probably a fucking idiot.... :rolleyes:
