It's your story. Of course, you can have a head guard if you want. I didn't catch that in the Green Mile... one of my favorites, by the way... I'm going to watch it again sinse you metioned it.
In real prisons a guard wouldn't be caught dead letting people call him a "head guard". He would here so many dirty knee jokes that his head would spin. No pun intended.
