Eh, ok, here's how I look at it. Calling someone a loser or something of the sort isn't really an attack. I call my friends on instant messenger that all the time, and neither one of us take it personally because we both know it's a joke.

If you were to say "You are the stupidist piece of sh*t to ever walk the face of the f*cking earth, and should die!", not that would be an attack.

Even simply expressing your thoughts of someone isn't really an attack either. If I said, "Hey, you are starting to become annoying", that isn't really a bad thing, it's just saying. But if someone uses that sentence like "Hey you sh*tbag! You are a f*cking annoyance!", that is bannable material
