The Halloween series was good for the first 2 only, IMO. (excluding part 3 here since it wasnt Myers)
The rest went downhill.
Since I enjoyed F13th IV, VI, X and FvJ, I d say I ll go with the F13 series. Plus its kickass to see Jason hack away with his "penis-esque" machete. :D
