Perhaps we should bombard the studio with complaints. This may turn out to be a passable zombie film, but there's no way it should be called 'day of the dead'.
Scrap the title, call it 'Mutant Ninja Space Zombies' or 'nightmare city remake' or something. And then make a real 'day' remake next year if they feel they must do it.
