Either way, pretty irresponsible.
We have a lot of wildlife here, especially in our area, it's common knowledge throughout the country pretty much that you don't do shit like that, 'cos food attracts animals...if you're gonna feed em, make it so it's not in a place that could not only get the animals hurt/killed, but cause traffic accidents too...
So it was either a sadistic fool, or someone that doesn't think a whole lot outside themselves. Seeing 3 native birds splattered, with broken necks brought it home how careless people can be though...
