I love all spongebob. Best one imo is "sailor Mouth" (the one where Spongebob & Patrick discover "sentence enhancers") Or The Krusty Krab Training video (1st one I saw)
As far as dumb cartoons, I don't watch anything I think is dumb. I'll run my cartoon list by & you all be the judges. Fairly Odd Parents, Jimmy Nuetron, My Gym Partner's a monkey, Grim adventures, (ok billy's dumb) Camp Lazzlo, & of course Spongebob. Out of those probably CAmp lazzlo is the dumbest.
