I think it's interesting to see how other people's minds work...

The first thing that pops into your head when given a word or phrase says a lot about what kind of person you are, which is what Rorschack, and many other psychological tests are based on...

Personally, I am VERY interested in human psychology (as well as physiology ;)), so I find it very interesting

Take the color red...There are 3 common responses for this

1) Blue (or other colors) - Another color...This would be an organized person who 'categorizes' things, and so they would think of something similar

2) Apple (Car, or other objects) - This would be a very visual, physical person who names something tangible that the color could represent

3) Anger - This would be from a very emotional person, who can perceive colors as indicative of one's feelings

Now, if someone said 'Red October' or 'Rose Red'...These of course would be people who really appreciate their 'hobbies and interests', if that's the FIRST thing they think of...Like, a horror fan ;)

It's also interesting to see how one word, can take you to another and another that would seem completely unconnected...

And I love to try to guess how a person came up with a response sometimes, because there have been a few where you think 'How in the HELL did you come up with that?!' and it's pretty cool when you think about it and it clicks and you suddenly go "Ah...I see"...And sometimes the responses are based on personal experience...Such as: Blue - Blanket...Perhaps a favorite blanket you had when you were a kid...Those responses are usually unique to us, giving more insight into the individual

Often MY train of thought is very different than other people's, it's equally interesting for me to see who thinks the same way...Usually, only Dustin knows where I'm coming from...lol...But, some of you guys 'get it' too...And that's pretty cool :)
