Gone Baby Gone (2007)
Incredible. Seriously- the best film of 2007 so far, and an incredible landmark in the careers of Ben Affleck as a director and Casey Affleck as an actor. A perfect movie. Four stars.
Michael Clayton (2007)
An absolute thrill to watch, and I'll be damned if Clooney doesn't have an enormous shot at Best Actor this year for this impeccable performance. Suspenseful from beginning to end, and the finale will send shivers down your spine.
Two of the best films of the year, without a doubt.
