Surgery would be a yes if my kid had like a cleft palate or some birth defect that would keep them from being healthy. Other than that I think that as long as they dress smart it will make up for their unfortunate looks. I'm big on dressing for your body etc etc.
There areee a lot of ugly people in Wal-mart though. I once saw a lady in Wal-mart who was so overweight she had to use a motorized scooter to get around.
