bargain bin ambitious but waaaaaay inferior attempt at a Jacob's Ladder.
it tried hard but it just didn't have the groceries.
i knoew it was in trouble early on when they had a shot of a supposedly deserted street on a deserted earth - while way off in the distance you could clearly see people and cars passing by.
(the budget only lasted 87 - 8 blocks i guess.
