I just googled Italian Horror posters and found this image of a lady that is in the ballpark in terms of style/rendering, as well as the body position.



The woman/skeleton on the cocktail poster I have in mind has fallen into the cocktail glass in almost the same positon as the woman in the image above, only her feet are poking up out of the glass and her head is submerged in the liquid (the head has subsequently turned into a skeleton, while the part of her body outside the glass is still that of a normal woman).
