I didn't LOVE Dark Knight.

I was expecting so much more, and I'm not even sure what exactly I didn't enjoy. I went to see the movie with someone who had already seen it twice and he did a good job of not letting his body language ruin anything for me. So no spoilers. The action was well done, the story was cool, acting was above par for action packed movies. The Joker was sooo well acted, and genuinely scared me in a few parts.
(*SPOILERS* When Rachel and Harvey were captured and Joker was blowing up the police station.) I was terrified. I have a bit open lip to prove it.

I think what I disliked the most, was how the whole movie was so well done, well acted, costumes and makeup were great..... Then Dent turns his ugly scarred face when he was in the hospital and I laughed. He looked rediculous and unrealistic. Like Alky said, why go to all the trouble of making things dark and realistic and pull out effects like that? Really threw me off.

On top of that, the power went out due to a thunder storm and we missed about 3 minutes just between (*SPOLIERS*when Batman was dangling the Joker off the edge of the building and part way through Commisioner Gordon's family getting kidnapped/saved) Fill me in if I missed anything important. but ya. Pivotal scene, atmosphere ruined.

All in all, a solid movie but not a great movie IMO
If you weren't a girl I'd punch you.

Kidding. I'm kidding.
