I've had off and on experiences with finding Argento movies with subtitles. He has a penchant to use actors who speak different languages and then dubbing them. There are plenty of scenes where the actors in his movies can't understand each other and have to be told their ques after their counterpart is done speaking.
I looked for a copy of Sleepless for awhile with subtitle options, but never found an R1 one.
