Actually that's not even the right picture. I added text to it but apparently forgot to save it. Maybe I'll just start over.

What you had on here looked fine to me, as far as size goes...I had posted a .gif a while back that was too big, after I changed the size in photobucket it still looked the same as it was on MY screen, but on my BF's screen and my kids' screens it showed as the new smaller size...So, maybe it takes a while to adjust in your own comp...I know that sounds weird, but I can't figure out why it happened...It was showing up smaller for me by the next day, but I had restarted my comp.
