OK. I'm totally retarded with the Avatar thing. The only one I can get to stay is eeny weeny tiny.

P.S. What am I doing wrong? I'm using Irfranview to resize to what the "recommended pixel size" is, but I'm still getting to error message when I try to upload it. :(
