I am sure we have some vegetarians among us, but those who are non-vegs and relish their dishes, which would be your choice?

And does your particular choice have a favorite dish too?

I have always been partial to chicken. Especially the way its made around these parts. Not exactly biryani or curried, but with plenty of onion/garlic/ginger paste-gravy, with powdered traditional spices mixed into it. Takes around 30 mins to prepare, but boy...does it melt in the mouth!
