Aww don't give up NE, there are a lot of leadership people here and I find there are more leaders in this years game that last year. It's hard for everyone and I understand it's difficult when you're used to people listening to you and all of a sudden there is a fight for who is in charge.
I have the same problem a lot at school. I actively take a leadership role and then I end up doing group work with someone else who is a leader and we both get frustrated. Ends up in complete confusion, or one person rebels just to prove they can think for themselves. You just need to have an understanding with the other leaders, I find.
